About

This blog discusses artificial intelligence, ice cream, rule-based systems, ice cream, datamining, music, video games, ice cream, and Tex-Mex food. Not necessarily in that order.

I joined Microsoft in 2008. While at Microsoft, my shipped products have included BizTalk Server 2009, .NET Framework 4 / Visual Studio 2010, and the WF Migration Kit. I currently work on the Windows Workflow Foundation (WF), a part of the .NET Framework. My current focus is on programming models.

Prior to Microsoft, I worked for ten years at ExpLore Reasoning Systems, a now-defunct AI/rule-based systems consulting company.

My primary area of personal interest is forward-chaining inference engines.
